Obituary for Steven Boutet
Steve R. Boutet, 87, of Ludlow passed away peacefully at home on Sunday October 12, 2025. Born in Quebec, Canada to the late Wilfred and Cecile (Bedard) Boutet he has lived in Ludlow for many years, was a faithful communicant of Christ the King Parish and worked for over 40 years at the former Danaher Tool Company as an electrician. Steve was an avid hockey player and ran 9 marathons, he enjoyed racquetball, green beer at the Casino and getting together for morning coffee with his friends in the “coffee club”. He leaves his beloved wife 36 years Joan (Cyran) Boutet of Ludlow; loving Children Sydney Weaver and husband Robert of Georgia and Michael Boutet of Honolulu; adored grandchildren Asher Boutet, Nathan and Amber Burch; caring siblings Rene and Donna Boutet, Michelle Decoteau, Monique and Robert Downey and Nicky Dereleau as well as several loving nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Visiting hours for Steve will be held on Tuesday October 21st from 4:00-6:00pm at the Ludlow Funeral Home, his burial will be held privately by his family.
