Obituary for Theodore J. Waz
Theodore J. Waz, 89, of Ludlow was called safely home to be with God on Friday May 18, 2012. Born in Ludlow to the late John and Katherine (Mosio) Waz, he was a lifelong Ludlow resident and faithful communicant of Christ The King Church. Theodore worked for many years at Springfield Armory and after his retirement he worked as a custodian for the Ludlow Public Schools. He proudly served his country in the United Sates Navy during WWII. He leaves his beloved wife of 64 years, Helen (Barszcz) Waz of Ludlow; loving daughters Barbara J. Silva of Ludlow and Cynthia Mackay of Manchester, Connecticut; cherished grandchildren Joseph S. Silva and his wife Ashley of Allston, MA and Robert T. Silva of Ludlow; his caring sister Helen Jedziniak of Ludlow as well as his treasured grandkitties, Myrna and Eddie Elvis Jr. It was Theodore’s wish that all of his funeral services be held privately, with Ludlow Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
