Obituary for Theresa Rodrigues
On January 17th, Theresa Rodrigues, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 90. Theresa was born to Samuel and Catherine Smart of Springfield on January 28, 1931 and was well loved by many family and friends. She was a member of Evangel Assembly of God Church in Wilbraham and was very involved at the Ludlow Senior Center. Theresa leaves behind her sons Robert Comeau, of Montana, and Richard Comeau and wife Cynthia, of East Longmeadow; step-daughters Beverly Silva, of Ludlow, and Helen Holmes, of Michigan; her grandsons David, and Aaron Comeau; great-grandchildren Abbey, Liza, Reina, and Jesse; as well as several nieces and nephews. Theresa was predeceased by her husband Antonio Rodrigues, her son Gary Comeau, and sisters Barbara Mantha and Catherine Morin. Theresa was buried alongside her beloved husband Antonio in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be announced for a later date.
