Obituary for Thomas Daniel Metcalfe
Thomas D. Metcalfe, 70, of Monson, passed away unexpectedly on October 5, 2016. Born in Springfield, he was the beloved son of the late Joseph and Mary Delrose (Moylan) Metcalfe. Tom lived for over 20 years in Florida where he was a restaurant manager and upon retiring, he moved back to the Western Mass area. Tom was the loving brother of Donna LePage and husband Raymond, of Boynton Beach, FL, Patricia St. Amand, of Ludlow, Joseph “Chip” Metcalfe, of Ludlow, and the late LuAnn Cardin; a brother-in-law to Rae St. Amand, Alison Metcalfe, and Leonard Cardin; an uncle to several nieces and nephews, and also leaves many loving extended family members and dear friends. A Funeral Liturgy for Tom will be celebrated on Monday, October 17th. Family and friends are asked to gather directly in St. Elizabeth Parish at 11:00am. There are no calling hours or burial, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom’s memory to The American Heart Association (www.heart.org)
