William “Bill” Leo Miner, Jr., 89, of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2023. He was the son of William Leo Miner, Sr. and Anita (Poirier) Miner and worked for 50 years as an agent at Mass Mutual in Springfield, MA. William had a love of bowling and cooking large meals for his family. He was also passionate about volunteering at the Pancake Breakfast sponsored
by the Spirit of Springfield. Following four years in the army, William attended and graduated from Bryant University. He was predeceased by his wife Joann (Lawson) Miner and his son Stephen Miner. He is survived by his two sons Christopher Miner and Michael Miner. He leaves behind three sisters – Lorraine Lopardo, Janet Lepore and Rosemary Ruth. He also leaves
behind many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made in William’s memory to the Ludlow Veterans’ Assistance Fund, Ludlow Veterans’ Services, 473 Holyoke Street, Ludlow, MA 01056.
