Obituary for Wolodymyr "Walter" Krywulych
Wolodymyr “Walter” Krywulych, 83, of West Springfield, was called to Heaven on Tuesday, November 7, 2006.  Born in Ukraine, he came to West Springfield in 1951 and worked for many years at Western Mass Hospital.  He was also a faithful member of St. Peter and St. Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Ludlow.  Walter was the beloved husband of 56 years to Tatiana “Tanya” (Deresh) Krywulych; and a dear brother to Nadia Bubniw, her husband Stefan and their family in Ukraine and Myroslaw Krywulych, his wife Theodosia and their family in Asterdam, NY and a caring brother in law to Xenia Deresz and her children Monika K. and Danylo N. of Chicopee.  Funeral services will be on Friday morning at 9am from the Ludlow Funeral Home with a Funeral Mass at 10am in St. Peter and St. Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.  Visiting hours are on Thursday evening from 4-7pm with Panahyda at 6:30pm and donations may be made in Walter’s memory to the St. Peter and Paul’s Church, 45 Newbury St. Ludlow, Ma. 01056.
