Obituary for Gari M. Keeney
Gari Michael Keeney, 30, of West Springfield, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2020. He was a lifelong resident of West Springfield and worked for many years at Hastie Fence in Agawam. Gari was the beloved son of Kathleen Bourassa and David Keeney; the proud father of Kiera Keeney; the loving brother of Christopher Perry, Brooke Keeney, and Jack Keeney; beloved grandson of Angel Bourassa and the late Paul Bourassa, the late Robert and Barbara Keeney; as well as Michael and Laurie Saliba; Gari also leaves his step-mother Kathleen Keeney Roberts; his uncles; Dominic Bourassa and wife Sheryl, Gari Bourassa, and Michael Keeney and wife Amy; several cousins; extended family members including James Perry; and many dear friends. A public Celebration of Life Service for Gari will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gari’s memory to Dakin Humane Society (dakinhumane.org)
