Obituary for Anna Baltazar
Anna Baltazar, 70, of Ludlow passed away peacefully on August 25, 2020. Born in Padornelos, Portugal on June 29, 1950 to the late Pedro and Laurinda Baltazar, Anna immigrated to Ludlow in the late 1950’s and was a faithful communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Parish. Anna graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1969 and then attended Berkshire Community College. Throughout her life she had an interest in music and the arts, and enjoyed traveling in her early years. Anna was a loving sister to Francisco Baltazar and wife Maria of Ludlow, Preciosa Krause and husband Peter of Richmond and Maria Viera and her husband Antonio of Ludlow; she was also a cherished aunt and great-aunt to several nieces and nephews. Anna also leaves behind her longtime companion Andy Skrodski, and many loving extended family members and friends. Funeral services for Anna were held privately by her family and Ludlow Funeral Home was entrusted with her care and arrangements. .
