Obituary for Carlo Santos
Carlo Santos, 59, of Wareham passed away peacefully on Saturday June 4th, 2011. Born in Ludlow to the late Abel and Lena (Arnone) Santos, he was a 1969 graduate of Ludlow High School. Carlo lived in western Mass for many years before recently moving to Wareham in 2004. He received his Bachelors degree from Westfield State College and enjoyed deep sea fishing, poker, bowling, the beach and was a devoted fan of the New York Yankees. He leaves his loving children; Kristin Santos and her husband Weslie Leatherman of Ludlow, Carlo Santos and his wife Erin of North Attleboro and Melissa Santos and her husband Joseph Gloster of Palmer; cherished grandchildren Caleb Gloster and Sadie Leatherman; his beloved fiancée Barbara Smith and her daughter Courtney of Attleboro; caring brothers Arthur and his wife Carol and Jack and his wife Mary Ellen all of Palmer and Steven Santos of West Warren as well as 7 nieces and nephews. Services for Carlo will be held on Thursday evening June 9th 2011. Visiting hours are 4:00pm-6:00pm with a chapel service beginning at 6:00pm, burial will be held privately by his family.
