Obituary for Isabel V. Hawrylciw
Isabel “Bunny” V. Hawrylciw, 61, died on Monday, December 15, 2008 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born on December 4, 1947 the daughter of the late Harris B. and Bertha (Gladden) Lauderdale in Winnsboro, South Carolina. She graduated from Fairfield High School in SC. and worked at the Moore Company, Pratt and Whitney, Smith and Wesson and various nursing homes. Isabel is survived by her husband, Edward Hawrylciw a daughter Jacqueline L. (Jackson) Baptiste, son-in-law Alonzo and the pride and joy of her life, granddaughter Lindsey (Grammy’s Girl) all of Springfield. The youngest of six sisters she leaves Berdie (Andrew) Brown of Columbia SC, Izetta (Isaac) Fleming of Springfield MA., Mary (David) Craig of Blackstock SC, Janie (Ernest) Beaver of Windsor CT, and Gertrude Lauderdale of Springfield, MA. She also leaves a dear uncle Peter Hawrylciw, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 20th, 2008. Calling hours are 9:00am-11:00am from the Ludlow Funeral Home 432 East St. followed by a service at 11:30 in St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 123 Hubbard St. with burial in Island Pond Cemetery, Ludlow.
