Richard E. Kelly, 72 of Williams St. Ludlow, died October 1, 2007. He was born in Springfield and worked for both Smith & Wesson Company and Arrow Security. He was a US Army Veteran. He leaves a son Richard F. Kelly and his wife Debra of Hampden, as well as his granddaughters Kristina, Briana and Sara.  All services were private and Ludlow Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
