Obituary for Antonio P. Augusto
Antonio P. Augusto, 86 of Ludlow, passed away peacefully Friday August 24, 2007.  Born in Ludlow he worked for many years at the Chapman Valve Company and later retired from Ludlow Textile Co. Antonio was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church and was a proud member and Past President of the Gremio Lusitano Club. His wife the former Rosalina Coelho died in September of 2006. He leaves a son Mario and his wife Jacqueline of Ludlow, 2 daughters; Maria Helin of Ludlow and Arminda Audette and her husband Paul of Ft. White,  Fl. a sister Rosalina Pereira and her husband Joaquin of Indian Orchard, as well as 4 grandchildren ; Mark Augusto of Monson, Matthew Helin of Cumberland R.I., Denise Albertini and Jennifer Roman both of Florida, and 3 great grandchildren; Andrew Augusto, Ava Augusto, and Mya Roman. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 10:30AM from the Ludlow Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Fatima Church at 11:00AM, with burial in Island Pond Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday morning only from 8:30-10:30 AM.  Donations may be made in Antonio’s memory to the Ludlow Board of Health Nurses, c/o 488 Chapin St. Ludlow 01056, or the charity of ones choice.Â
